At Bosomwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following details:

  • You may return or exchange unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at care@bosomwear.com to request a return form.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s), and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please be aware that shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT, are non-refundable. 
  • Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased at a discounted price during a sale, clearance, or promotional event.

Damaged / Wrong items

If you have received a damaged or incorrectly sent item, we understand the importance of resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will promptly process exchanges for such cases. Please review the following information:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email our customer service team at care@bosomwear.com within 3 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
  • We will request photos or other evidence of the damage for verification purposes.
  • Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
